蒲公英烘干提取物对体外瘤胃发酵的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在研究蒲公英烘干提取物(冷水提取物,CAE;沸水提取物,BAE;30%乙醇提取物,TEE;70%乙醇提取物,SEE)对体外瘤胃发酵的影响。将5 mg蒲公英提取物添加置200 mg培养基中,分别记录培养2、4、6、8、10、12、16和24 h后气体产量(GP)。培养24 h后,测定p H值、氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度和原虫数量。蒲公英提取物的添加显著提高了体外发酵的气体产生量和显著增加了总挥发性脂肪酸的浓度,BAE组显著增加(P=0.04)了丙酸的摩尔比,倾向于降低(P=0.07)乙酸丙酸之比。与对照组相比,4个提取物组均提高(P<0.001)了原虫的数量。添加蒲公英提取物能够影响体外的瘤胃发酵和促进瘤胃原虫的生长,特别是BAE。

摘  要:
The objective of the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of oven-dryingdandelion extracts(DE) on rumen fermentation in vitro. The cold aqueous extracts(CAE), boiling aque-ous extracts(BAE), 30% ethanol extracts(TEE), and 70% ethanol extracts(SEE) of dandelion wereadded at 5 mg against 200 mg of substrates in incubation fluid. Gas production(GP) was recorded at2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24 h incubation. After 24 h incubation, the inoculants were determined forp H, ammonia-N(NH3-N), volatile fatty acids(VFAs), and protozoa counts. At 24 h incubation, dande-lion extracts significantly increased GP and VFAs. BAE increased(P=0.04) the molar proportions ofpropionate, and tend to decreased(P=0.07) the acetate to propionate ratios. All dandelion extracts in-creased(P<0.001) protozoa counts. Dandelion extracts could affect the rumen fermentation and pro-mote the ruminal protozoal growth in vitro, especially BAE.
