静电纺丝法制备超疏水聚氯乙烯膜工艺研究

摘  要:
采用SG-8型PVC树脂的四氢呋喃溶液为原料,用静电纺丝法制备超疏水的聚氯乙烯膜。研究了纺丝液的浓度、电纺的电压、以及电纺距离对膜表面浸润性的影响,通过正交试验,确定了静电纺丝法制备超疏水PVC的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,静电纺丝法制备超疏水PVC的最佳工艺条件是:纺丝液浓度为9%,电纺电压为34 kV,距离为24 cm。PVC膜与水的接触角为156°。膜的表面由微米级的球状体与纳米级的纤维构成,呈微纳米复合结构。

摘  要:
Super-hydrophobic PVC film was prepared by electro-spinning technique with SG-8 resin as starting material.The factors of membrane preparation were investigated by changing concentration of spinning solution,electro-voltage,and distance.The results showed that the optimum conditions determined by orthogonal test were: the spinning solution concentration is 9%,the electro-spinning voltage is 34 kv,the distance is 24 cm.The contact angle between PVC film and water is 156°.The membrane surface morphology was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The figures obtained showed that the membrane surfaces were made of micro-sized spherical body and nano-sized fibers,and the micro-nano composite structure contributed much to the super-hydrophobility of PVC film.
