摘  要:
结合分子印迹技术及静电纺丝技术,制备了展青霉素分子印迹聚丙烯腈-聚氨脂纳米纤维膜(PANPU-nanoparticles)。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)等对所制备的材料进行表征,表明分子印迹纳米颗粒被负载在PAN-PU纳米纤维表面上,纳米粒子发生团聚现象,纳米纤维膜均匀度和径向性好,直径约为200 nm。所制备的PAN-PU-nanoparticles对展青霉素有很好的选择性吸附作用,有望用于果汁中展青霉素的清除与检测技术研究。

摘  要:
The patulin molecularly imprinted nanofiber membrane(PAN-PU-nanoparticles)was prepared by the combination of molecular imprinting technology and electrospinning technology.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electronic microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used for characterization of the prepared nano-materials.The result showed that the PAN-PU nanofiber had good uniformity with the average diameter of 200 nm.However,the patulin molecularly imprinted nanoparticles was supported by the PAN-PU nanofiber film with serious agglomeration.The prepared PAN-PU-nanoparticles had high selectivity and good affinity toward patulin,which had potential application in the removing patulin of agricultural product.
