温度对猕猴桃花青素含量及其合成基因AdANS的影响

摘  要:
为明确‘红阳’猕猴桃果肉中花青素含量在季节性温度下的合成变化情况及花青素合成酶基因AdANS表达的变化,以‘红阳’主产区四川蒲江和湖北武汉的‘红阳’猕猴桃为研究对象,测定其花青素的含量并克隆花青素合成基因AdANS,并对其转录水平变化进行检测。结果表明,较高的季节性温度对果肉花青素的含量有抑制作用,在温度适宜的蒲江,AdANS基因的表达水平与花青素积累变化相一致,而在高温的武汉其表达水平受到明显的抑制。

摘  要:
To illustrate the changes of anthocyanin concentration and anthocyanin synthase under seasonal fluctuated temperature, the concentration of anthocyanin of ‘Hongyang' kiwifruit from Pujiang, Sichuan and Wuhan, Hubei was measured under different seasonal temperatures. Anthocyanin synthase(AdANS) was cloned. Quantitative real time PCR(RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of AdANS during fruit development. Result showed that seasonal high temperature had negative regulation on anthocyanin concentration in flesh. The expression level of AdANS was positively cor related with anthocyanin synthesis in Pujiang with suitable temperature and was inhibited greatly in Wuhan with high temperature.
