城乡居民对食品安全法的认知水平及其绩效分析

摘  要：
通过全国性的问卷调查,考察当前我国城乡居民对于食品安全法的认知水平和绩效感受,并对当前状况进行总结,为未来实施效果的改进提出建议。调研结果显示,城乡居民对于食品安全法的认知水平都比较低,且更关注现阶段热点问题和与其自身利益相关的部分;另外,食品安全法的实施让居民得以受益,但受益程度存在着一定城乡差距。

摘  要：
This article attempted to investigate the current urban and rural residents' cognitive level for Food Safety Law and the performance experience,summarized the current situation and put forward some improvements for the future. Results showed that both urban and rural residents' cognitive level for Food Safety Law were low and they concerned more about hot issues and things related to their own interests. In addition,the implementation of Food Safety Law had benefited the residents,but there was certain gap between urban and rural areas.
