摘  要:
本文在总结目前国内对HACCP体系应用状况的基础上,重点介绍了HACCP体系在2008年北京奥运会食品安全监控工作中的成功运用,结合《食品安全法》,指出了其对我国食品安全保障的启示和建议。

摘  要:
Based on the HACCP system at home and abroad,the successful application of HACCP system in Beijing Olympic Games in 2008 was introduced in the article. In addition,combined with "Food Safety Law" ,its enlightenment to development of food safety in China was analyzed and the countermeasures were proposed in details.
