茉莉花茶与碧螺春抗氧化性能的比较研究

摘  要:
根据在碱性介质中,抗氧化性物质能强烈地抑制鲁米诺-Na Cl O的化学发光的原理,利用流动注射技术,建立了一种评价茶叶抗氧化性能的方法。在最优的浓度条件下,测定结果表明:碧螺春的抗氧化性能优于茉莉花茶。

摘  要:
Based on the principle that in the alkaline medium,chemiluminescence come from Luminol-Na Cl O can been strongly inhibited by oxidation resistance materials,a kind of method to evaluate oxidation resistance of different kinds of tea was established through flow injection technology. In the optimal condition,the analysis results showed that :Biluochun Tea′s antioxidant ability is better than that of Jasmine Tea.
