ICP-AES法测定松香甘油酯中金属离子含量

摘  要:
采用干法灰化处理松香甘油酯样品,以ICP-AES法测定其中Fe、Al、Zn、Cu、Pb、Ni六种金属离子的含量。最佳测定条件为:射频功率1300W,雾化器流量0.70L/min,试样提升量2.00mL/min,辅助气流量0.20L/min,等离子体流量15L/min。方法检出限为0.0002~0.006mg/L,回收率为90.81%~102.92%,相对标准偏差均小于1.05%。此法简便、快速、灵敏度高、准确性好、对环境污染小,可多元素同时测定。

摘  要:
The contents of trace elements of Fe,Al,Zn,Cu,Pb and Ni in the rosin glyceride were determined by ICP—AES,and the sample was pretreated by the dry ashing method.The optimal conditions was obtained as follows: RF power 1300W,flow rate of atomizer 0.7L/min,sample uptake 2.00mL/min,flow rate of auxiliary gas 0.20L/min,and plasma flow rate 15L/min.The detection limits were 0.0002~0.006mg/L,and the recovery rates were 90.81%~102.92%,the precision was less than 1.05%.This method proved to be simple,rapid,accurate,less environment contamination,could determine many elements simultaneously.
