热带两种入侵棕榈害虫耐寒性比较

摘  要:
椰子织蛾和椰心叶甲是危害棕榈植物的入侵害虫。为了解其耐寒性,本试验测定了这两种害虫的过冷却点和结冰点,并比较其在2℃低温下致死中时间。结果表明两种害虫卵、蛹过冷却点和结冰点低于幼虫、成虫。总体上椰子织蛾的过冷却点和结冰点低于椰心叶甲的过冷却点和结冰点。致死中时间也表明椰子织蛾的耐寒性强于椰心叶甲。从耐寒的角度看椰子织蛾适生范围比椰心叶甲的要广。

摘  要:
Opisina arenosella Walker and Brontispa longisma(Gestro) are invasive pest which damage palm plants. To understand their cold tolerance,we measured O. arenosella and B. longissima super cooling(SCP) and freezing points(FP) and tested their Lt 50(Lethal time 50%) at 2℃. The results showed SCP and FP in egg and pupa stage is lower than larva and adult. Generally,SCP and FP of O.arenosella is lower than B. longissima. Further,Lt 50 of O. arenosella at 2℃ is higher than B. longissima. In conclusion,O. arenosella might be more widely than B. longissima from the cold hardness perspective. Therefore,government and authority should take effective measures to restrict their spread.
