东北大豆蛋白质与含硫氨基酸的含量及其相关分析

摘  要:
研究结果表明:东北地区大豆资源的蛋白质和含硫氨基酸含量都比较高,变异水平也比较高,胱氨酸和蛋氨酸的变异系数分别为10.04%和9.05%,大于其它地区的大豆资源,本地区拥有高蛋白和高含硫氨基酸含量的种质,吉林省的资源尤占优势。蛋白质与含硫氨基酸含量呈极显著负相关,r=-0.3112;胱氨酸、蛋氨酸及两者含量总和之间均为极显著正相关r=0.8161、0.4568和0.8869。大豆蛋白质和含硫氨基酸同步提高的品质育种难度颇大,但从筛选二者高含量的种质入手,通过育种程序,逐步提高含量改进品质的可能性较大。

摘  要:
The study showed that the protein and surphar - AA contents of soybean in northeast China was very high. The variance of that varied widely. The cofficients of variance of CYs and Met were 10. 04% and 9. 05% over soybean germplasms in other areas. There were many soybean germplasms of high protein and surphar - AA contents in Jilin province. The correlation between them was remarkly negative. There was a significant positive correlation among CYs, Met, and surphar -AA. It was difficult to make both protein and surphar -AA contents high in breeding of quality. It is available to select both high protein and surphar - AA contents of soybean germplasms through breeding program step by step.
