壳聚糖/木质素磺酸钠豚草提取物微胶囊的制备

摘  要:
本文采用微胶囊化技术,以豚草提取物为囊芯材料,壳聚糖和木质素磺酸钠的聚合物为囊皮材料,制作壳聚糖/木质素磺酸钠豚草提取物微胶囊剂,结果表明:制备的壳聚糖/木质素磺酸钠豚草提取物微胶囊分布有序,大小均匀,形态规则,大部分成圆形,极少部分成椭圆形,整体杂质较少,基本包覆完全。红外光谱检测分析显示,豚草提取物质被成功包覆于囊壁材料壳聚糖/木质素磺酸钠。效率和有效载量均达到80%以上。

摘  要:
Microencapsulation technology was applied by using ragweed extract as the core material and chitosan and sodium lignosulfonate polymer as the capsule material to make chitosan/sodium lignosulfonate ragweed extract microcapsules. The results showed that the prepared chitosan/sodium lignosulfonate ragweed extract microcapsules were in orderly distribution, uniform in size and regular in shape, most of them were round, and a few were elliptical, with less overall impurities, basically completely covered. Infrared spectroscopy showed that the extract of ragweed was successfully coated with chitosan/sodium lignosulfonate. Both efficiency and capacity were above 80 %.
