武定鸡和大围山微型鸡免疫器官及IL-IL-8、IL-L-18、LEAP-LEAP-2基因表达差异研究

摘  要:
研究以相同饲养条件下的2、3月龄的武定鸡和大围山微型鸡为研究对象,测定其血液免疫指标(C3、C4、IgA、IgM、IgG)、免疫器官指数及器官中IL-8、IL-18、LEAP-2免疫基因的表达,以比较二者之间的不同。结果显示:(1)大围山微型鸡血液免疫指标含量总体来说高于武定鸡,C3、C4、IgA、IgM含量随着月龄增加而下降,而IgG含量随月龄增加而增加。(2)武定鸡免疫器官重高于大围山微型鸡,且二者免疫器官重随月龄增高而增重;器官指数方面大围山微型鸡总体来说大于武定鸡。(3)IL-8、IL-18、LEAP-2 mRNA表达量在两鸡种不同月龄之间呈现完全不同的品种差异,其中IL-8、IL-18表达量整体表现为武定鸡高于大围山微型鸡。本试验验结果表明:在相同的饲养条件下,大围山微型鸡的免疫机能较强于武定鸡。

摘  要:
The aim of this experiment was to study the difference of Wuding chicken and Daweishan mini chicken under the same feeding conditions at two and three months of age, the indicators of blood immunity(C3, C4, IgA, IgM,IgG), immune organ index and IL-8, IL-18, LEAP-2 immune gene expression were determined. The results showed as follows:(1) The content of blood immunoglobulin of Daweishan mini chicken was higher than that of Wuding chicken in general. The contents of C3, C4, IgA and IgM decreased with the increase of age, but the content of IgG increased with the increase of age.(2) The immune organs of Wuding chicken were heavier than that of Daweishan mini chicken, and the weight of immune organ of the two groups increased with the increase of age. The organ index of Daweishan mini chicken was bigger than that of Wuding chicken.(3) The mRNA expression levels of IL-8, IL-18 and LEAP-2 genes showed completely different species differences between the two chicken breeds at different months of age. The expression of IL-8 and IL-18 showed that Wuding chicken was higher than Daweishan mini chicken. The experimental results indicated that under the same feeding conditions, the immune function of Daweishan mini chicken was stronger than that of Wuding chicken.
