葫芦茶提纯物对椎实螺的杀灭试验

摘  要:
以蒸馏水、二甲基亚砜 (5 %)或吐温 - 80 (10 %)为溶剂或助溶剂分别将葫芦茶提纯物 Cyclokieviton、葫芦茶素 D(Triquetin D)、葫芦茶素 C(Triquetin C)、山萘酚 (Kaempferol)、二氢山萘酚 (Dihydrokaemoferol)、对羟基桂皮酸 (P- hydroxycinnam ic acid)、L - 2 - O -甲基 -手 -肌醇 (2 - O- Methyl- L - chiro- inositol)、卫矛醇 (Galacti-tol)配制成 0 .0 5‰~ 0 .1‰浓度的药液 ,以及用蒸馏水将葫芦茶浸膏配置成 1‰~ 16‰浓度的药液 ,对椎实螺进行杀灭试验。结果 0 .0 5‰~ 0 .1‰浓度的 Cyclokieviton、葫芦茶素 D、山萘酚以及对应的二甲基亚砜和吐温 - 80空白对照组能在 2 4h将椎实螺全部或绝大部分杀死 ;4‰~ 16‰浓度的葫芦茶浸膏能在 4d内将椎实螺全部或绝大部分杀死 ;而其它提纯物包括水溶性提纯物对椎实螺没有明显的灭杀作用。结论 :4‰~ 6‰浓度的葫芦茶浸膏对椎实螺具有较好的灭杀作用 ;Cyclokieviton、葫芦茶素 D、山萘酚可能是灭杀椎实螺的有效成分 ,而水溶性葫芦茶提纯物不是灭杀椎实螺的有效成分。

摘  要:
Eight kinds of purified extracts from Tadehagi triquetrum, Cyclokieviton,Triquetin D,Triquetin C,Kaempferol,Dihydrokaemoferol,P-hydroxycinnamic acid,2-O-Methyl-L-chiro-inositol and Galactitol, were diluted to solutions at concentrations of 0.05‰~0.1‰ with distilled water along or with additional 5% dimethyl sulphoxide(DMSO),or 10% Tween-80 if necessary and the 10% extractum from Tadehagi trquetrum were diluted to solutions at concentrations of 1‰~16‰ with distilled water,respecitvely,and they were used in Lymnaeidae killing test.In the tests,purified P-hydroxycinnamic acid,2-O-Methyl-L-chiro-inositol and Galactitol at concentrations of 0.05‰~0.1‰,and DMSO,Tween-80 control solutions killed Lymnaeidae mostly or completely within 24 hours.The extractua at concentrations of 4‰~16‰ killed Lymnaeidae mostly or completely within 4 days.The others including hydrophilic extractum had no obviously killing effcts on Lymnaeidae.It is concluded that the extractum at concentrations of 4‰~16‰ have killing effects on Lymnaeidae,and that Cyclokieviton,Triquetin D and Kaempferol are likely effective compounds but hydrophilic extractum are not effective compounds for killing Lymnaeidae.
