不同浓度的IBA、NAA和ABT对葫芦茶扦插效果的影响

摘  要:
采用当年生半木质化生长健壮的葫芦茶枝条为材料,以清水处理为对照,研究25、50、100 mg/L吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)和生根粉(ABT)处理对葫芦茶枝条成活率、平均生根数及平均根长的影响。结果表明:25 mg/L的ABT以及IBA和NAA各浓度处理的枝条成活率、平均根数和平均根长均显著(P<0.05)高于对照,其中50 mg/L IBA处理效果最好,50 mg/L NAA次之。

摘  要:
Taking healthy halfwoody growth strong tress of Tadehagi triquetrum(L.) Ohashi for material,water treatment research for comparison,the effects of 25,50,100 mg/L IBA,LNAA and ABT on survival rate,average root quantity and average root length of Tadehagi triquetrum(L.) Ohashi were studied.The results showed that survival rate,average root quantity and average root length with 25 mg/L ABT,25,50,100 mg/L IBA and NAA exceeded control markedly(P<0.05).The effectiveness of 50 mg/L IBA was the best,50 mg/L NAA was the take second place.
