混菌固态发酵苹果渣生产生物饲料的研究

摘  要:
试验采用苹果渣为原料,研究了粪链球菌和啤酒酵母混合菌种发酵生产生物饲料的工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:发酵温度28℃,混菌菌株接种比例1:1.2,发酵时间5d,瓶装量25g·瓶-1。其发酵产品中真蛋白含量为13.51%,活酵母菌数23.27亿个·g-1。产品有芳香气味,适口性较发酵前有较大改观,具有蛋白饲料和微生态制剂的双重特性。

摘  要:
Study on the technological conditions for biological feed produced by fermentation mixed bacteria of fecal streptococcus and saccharomyces cererisiae with apple pomace as raw materials. The results showed that the optimal technological conditions were fermentation temperature 28 ℃, proportion of strains 1: 1.2, cultural time 5 d,material loading 25 g·bottle-1. The content of pure protein reached 13.51%, count of the active yeast was 2.327 billion·g-1. The products were fragrant scent, palatability better than before, wich characteristics were proteinfeed and probiotics.
