摘  要:
在超临界CO2状态下,采用脂肪酶RMIM催化乙酸乙酯与一级大豆油反应制备SLS型结构脂质,分别应用单因素试验和响应面试验考察酶用量、反应压力、温度和时间对乙酸乙酯转化率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为酶用量2.9%、反应时间13.1 h、反应压力9.4 MPa、反应温度49.0℃,此条件下乙酸乙酯的转化率可达到36.1%,经纯化后获得纯度为90.3%、热值为22.35 k J/g的SLS型结构脂质,与普通大豆油相比,热值降低了42%。

摘  要:
In the supercritical CO2 state, the synthesis of lipid with SLS-type structure from the Rhizomucor miehei lipase(Lipozyme RMIM)-catalyzed reaction between ethyl acetate and first-grade soybean oil was investigated. The effects of enzyme concentration, reaction pressure, temperature and time on the conversion rate of ethyl acetate were examined by the combined use of single factor design and response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal parameters for preparing SLS-type structured lipid were determined as follows: in the presence of 2.9% lipase RMIM, reaction at 49.0 ℃and 9.4 MPa for 13.1 h. Under these conditions, the conversion rate of ethyl acetate reached 36.1% and after purification of the final product, a purity of 90.3% and a caloricity of 22.35 k J/g(reduced by 42% as compared with that of ordinary soybean oil) were obtained.
