纳滤膜浓缩乌龙茶提取液的研究

摘  要:
应用纳滤膜技术对乌龙茶提取液进行浓缩试验研究。结果表明 ,纳滤可有效实现对乌龙茶提取液的浓缩 ,膜的渗透通量受乌龙茶提取液的性质影响很大 ,并且随操作压力的增大、操作温度的上升而增加 ,随浓缩时间的延长而减小 ;茶液中的茶多酚、咖啡碱的截留率随操作压力的增大而增加 ,随操作温度的上升而明显下降。采用多种清洁剂长时间清洗可有效减缓膜面的污染

摘  要:
Concentrating test of Oolong tea extract liquor was carried out by using nanofiltration membrane process. Results showed that the nanofiltration may concentrate Oolong tea extract liquor effectively. Membrane permeate flux varied with the property of extract liquor, and rose with the increasing of the operating pressure and temperature and lowered with concentrating time. The cut_off rate of the main compounds was increased with the increasing of operating pressure and decreased evidently with the raising of operating temperature. Membrane was cleaned by using some chemical agents and the restorations of flux ware satisfactory.
