摘  要:
新疆阿瓦提分布的多脂鳞伞驯化培育过程中碳氮比的利用能力研究,为种质资源的保护、菌株保存和驯化提供基础数据。以可溶性淀粉为碳源、以硝酸铵为氮源的不同碳氮比条件下研究了多脂鳞伞的菌落形态、显微特征、生长量、生长速率、生长高峰期、满皿时间、达到总生长量50%的天数。分析表明,多脂鳞伞对7种碳氮比均能利用,当可溶性淀粉与硝酸铵的碳氮比为30∶1时,菌丝体生长速度快、活力强、长势整齐、菌落完整、菌丝体和锁状联合结构完整、发育正常,菌丝体总生长量是74.32 mm。本研究采用适宜的碳、氮源开展碳氮比试验研究,准确反映多脂鳞伞对碳氮比的要求,多脂鳞伞表现出对不同碳氮比利用速率和利用效率的差异。

摘  要:
The ability that the wild Pholiota adipose distributed in Awati Xinjiang utilizing the different carbon and nitrogen ratio during the domestication process were studied,which could provide basis research datum for germplasm resource conservation,strain saving and domestration. The sample,which was cultivated in different carbon-nitrogen ratio that soluble starch as carbon source and ammonium nitrate as nitrogen source,was measured in colony morphology,microscopic observation,total growth( GT),the average daily growth rate( SGT),the maximum growth( Gmax),dish full time and number of days to achieve 50% of total growth( G50). The results showed that Pholiota adiposa could make use of all 7 kinds of carbon-nitrogen ratio at the ratio of 30∶1,which showed a good performance in mycelium growth speed,colony morphology and clamp connection,as well as strong vitality,normal development,and the GT was 74. 32 mm. This study accurately reflected the carbon-nitrogen ratio required by Pholiota adipose under a suitable carbon-nitrogen source. It showed different rate and efficiency of carbon-nitrogen ratio utilization.
