华东部分地区禽致病性大肠杆菌系统进化分群及毒力相关基因的检测

摘  要:
采用PCR方法,对华东地区分离的66株禽致病性大肠杆菌(APEC)进行系统进化分群和9个毒力相关基因的检测。APEC分离株在各系统进化群中均有一定比例的分布,其中A群为33.4%(22/66),B1群为31.8%(21/66),B2群为13.6%(9/66),D群为21.2%(14/66)。毒力基因分布检测结果表明:编码自分泌黏附素的aatA和aatB、侵袭素ibeA、空泡形成毒素基因vat、温度敏感性血凝素tsh、摄铁系统的ybtX、耶尔森毒力岛内的ireA、VI型分泌系统的clpV1和vgrG等基因的分布率分别为59.1%、13.6%,7.58%、37.9%、36.4%、25.8%、6.06%、21.2%和42.4%,其中aatA、tsh、vat、ybtX、ireA、clpV1 6个基因在各进化群中分布较为广泛,而个别基因如ibeA仅在B2群中检出,在其他进化群没用检出。本研究有助于进一步了解禽大肠杆菌病的分子流行病学特点,并为该病的防控提供了基础。

摘  要:
Sixty-six strains of avian pathogenic Escherichia coli( APEC) were isolated from dead chickens in some poultry farms of eastern China. PCR methods were used to perform phylogenetic clustering and to detect 9 virulence-associated genes. The APEC isolates distribute in the different phylogenetic groups,including groups A( 22 /66),B1( 21 /66),B2( 9 /66) and D( 14 /66). The results of virulence genes showed that the distribution percentages of aatA,aatB,ibeA,vat,tsh,ireA,vgrG,clpV1 and ybtX were 59. 1%,13. 6%,7. 58%, 37. 9%,36. 4%,25. 8%,6. 06%,21. 2% and 42. 4%,respectively. Six genes including aatA,tsh,vat,ybtX,ireA and clpV1 were widely distributed among different groups,while ibeA only appeared in group B2. This study is helpful to further understand the molecular ep- idemiology of avian colibacillosis and provides the basis for the prevention and control of the disease.
