Cd~(2+)对中肋骨条藻的毒性效应

摘  要:
研究了重金属Cd2+对中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)的生长以及藻细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性,以及谷胱甘肽(GSH)、类胡萝卜素(Car)及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,Cd2+对中肋骨条藻生长的72 h半效应浓度(EC50)为378μg/L。藻细胞GSH含量随Cd2+浓度的升高而迅速升高,峰值出现在800μg/L,当Cd2+浓度大于800μg/L时GSH含量略呈下降趋势,但其含量仍高于对照;Car含量则随Cd2+浓度的升高持续下降。Cd2+浓度为100μg/L时SOD活性达峰值,较对照上升了26.8%(P<0.05);APX活性则随Cd2+浓度升高的变化相对平缓;暴露时间试验中,触毒6 h时SOD活性达峰值。在Cd2+胁迫下藻细胞膜脂被氧化自由基所氧化,产生大量的MDA。结果显示,中肋骨条藻细胞的SOD、APX活性和MDA含量与水体中的Cd2+浓度具明显的相关性。

摘  要:
The effects of heavy metal Cd2+ on the growth of Skeletonema costatum and the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),ascorbate peroxidase(APX),glutathione(GSH),carotenoids(Car) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the algal cells were studied.The results showed that the 72 h EC50 of Cd2+ on the growth of S.costatum was 378 μg/L.The GSH content increased as the Cd2+ concentration increasing,and arrived the highest GSH content with 800 μg/L Cd2+.The GHS decreased when the Cd2+ concentration was larger than 800 μg/L,but still higher than the control.The Car content decreased as the Cd2+ concentration increasing.The SOD activity arrived the highest with 100 μg/L Cd2+,and increased 26.8%(P<0.05) comparing to the control.The APX activity changed relatively less with Cd2+ concentration increasing.In the exposing experiment,the SOD activity arrived the highest after 6 hours.Under the stress of Cd2+,the algal cell membrane lipids were oxidated by oxygen free radicals,resulting in a large number of MDA.Generally,the SOD,APX activity and MDA content of S.costatum were significantly correlated with the Cd2+ concentration in the water.
