摘 要:
The wild Lentinula edodes was originally growing on the Coriaria nepalensis in the cold mountainous areas, which is delicious, tender, and has a pleasant aroma. The Zunyi region of Guizhou has achieved artificial large-scale cultivation, but due to excessive reliance on sawdust of Coriaria nepalensis, the industry is difficult to sustain development. In this study, the effects of various tree species on the growth of wild L. edodes were studied, using sawdust of Coriaria nepalensis, Paulownia Sieb, Castanea mollissima, Cyclobalanopsis glauca, Toona sinensis,Robinia pseudoacacia, Liquidambar formosana Hance, Eucommia ulmoides Oliver and Betula luminifera as the main cultivation materials. The results showed that the Coriaria nepalensis Bunge tree was the most suitable for the cultivation of L.edodes. The mycelial growth rate of bamboo was 4.15 cm/d, the fresh weight of single mushroom was 6.28 g, and the yield reached 318.66 g/rod, followed by P. Sieb. The mycelial growth rate of bamboo was 4.06 cm/d, the fresh weight of single mushroom was 5.16 g, and the yield reached 254.00 g/rod. At the same time, B.luminifera and C.glauca were also ideal cultivation materials of L. edodes, and the yield was above 200.00 g/rod. This study proved that the sawdust of P. Sieb, C. glauca and B.luminifera can be used to replace the sawdust of the C.chinensis to cultivate the Lentinus edodes.
