摘  要:
[目的]探寻适宜草麻黄愈伤组织麻黄碱生成的最佳培养条件。[方法]采用乙醚抽提法提取麻黄碱,用紫外分光光度计测定麻黄碱含量,分别试验水解酪蛋白浓度、基本培养基、取材时间、摇床转速对麻黄碱含量的影响。[结果]适宜草麻黄愈伤组织麻黄碱生成的条件为以MS为基本培养基,以继代培养25 d的愈伤组织为材料,添加300.0 mg/L的水解酪蛋白,在转速110 r/min的摇床上悬浮培养。[结论]该研究为麻黄碱的植物细胞体外工厂化生产奠定了基础。

摘  要:
[Objective]To explore the optimal culture conditions for producing ephedrine from Ephedrae sinica Stapf callus.[Method]Ephedrine was extracted with petroleum ether,its content was determined by using ultraviolet spectrophotometer,the effects of casein hydrolysate concentration,basic medium,sampling time and shaker speed on ephedrine content were experimentally studied.[Result]The best conditions for producing ephedrine from E.sinica Stapf callus were MS basal culture medium,300.0 mg/L casein hydrolysate,callus generation of 25 days,culture rotating speed of 110 r/min.[Conclusion]The study laid foundation for the industrialized production of ephedrine.
