草麻黄对吉林西部盐碱化土壤适应性研究

摘  要:
为了探索盐碱地种植草麻黄的可能性,通过盐碱土盆栽和大田试验,研究了草麻黄在盐碱化土壤中的生长状态及其主要有效成分的积累动态。结果表明,草麻黄在pH 8.2以下、有机质含量在21.36g/kg以上、电导率在557.42μs/cm以下的土壤中生长良好,播种当年草麻黄地上部分麻黄碱积累可超过0.05%,2年即可达到0.41%。吉林省西部盐碱化程度较轻的土地人工种植完全可行。

摘  要:
In order to know the feasibility of Ephedra sinica cultured in saline-alkali soil in western Jilin province,growing situation in saline-alkali soil and dynamic accumulation of main effective components of E.sinica was investigated by using pot culture and field test.The results showed that E.sinica grewwell under the condition of pH≤8.2,organic matter≥21.36g/kg and conductance ≤557.42μs/cm.Ephedrine content in aerial part of E.sinica could reach 0.05% in the first year and 0.41% in the second year.E.sinica cultivation in saline-alkali soil of middle and lowdegree in western Jilin province would be feasible.
