个性化营养干预在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用效果

摘  要:
目的:比较普通饮食和个性化营养干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法:将180例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分为两组,个性化营养干预组通过结合营养评估结果与膳食习惯制定个性化食谱,普通饮食组日常饮食不进行干预,观察并比较两组患者孕期血糖和血脂控制情况、孕妇产后并发症情况、新生儿并发症情况.结果:营养干预组孕妇孕期空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血脂、胆固醇显著低于普通饮食组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05);营养干预组孕妇胎膜早破发生率显著低于普通饮食组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05);两组孕妇高血压、先兆子痫、剖宫产、产后出血发生率差异没有统计学意义(P>0. 05);营养干预组巨大儿、低血糖发生率显著低于普通饮食组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05);两组早产、新生儿窒息发生率差异没有统计学意义(P>0. 05).结论:个性营养干预有利于妊娠糖尿病患者孕期血糖控制,对预防产后并发症及新生儿并发症具有积极的意义.

摘  要:
【Objective】 To compare the effect of common diet and personalized nutrition intervention on gestational diabetes. 【Method】 Totally 180 patients with gestational diabetes were randomly divided into two groups. The personalized nutrition intervention group formulated individualized diets by combining nutrition assessment results with dietary habits. The diet of ordinary diet group did not interfere with the diet. The pregnancy control of blood glucose and blood lipids,maternal postpartum complications and neonatal complications of patients in the two groups were observed and compared. 【Result】 The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,blood lipids,and cholesterol were significantly lower in the nutrition intervention group than in the normal diet group during pregnancy,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). The incidence of premature rupture of membranes was significantly lower in the nutritional intervention group than in the normal diet group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of hypertension,preeclampsia,cesarean section,and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Incidence of macrosomia and hypoglycemia in the nutritional intervention group was significantly lower than in the normal diet group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of premature asphyxia and neonatal asphyxia( P>0. 05). 【Conclusion】 Individual nutritional intervention is beneficial to the control of blood glucose during pregnancy in gestational diabetes,and it is of positive significance in preventing postpartum complications and neonatal complications.
