赤芝菌草工厂化栽培环境条件优化

摘  要:
以菌草赤芝为试材,采用测量子实体的物理指标、多糖和三萜的含量进行数据分析的方法,探究菌草赤芝生长的最佳温度及CO2浓度对菌草赤芝生长的影响,以期确定最佳温度及CO2浓度.结果表明:不同温度及CO2浓度对赤芝子实体会产生影响,其最佳栽培温度为26℃,促进生长的CO2最低浓度值为0.058%.

摘  要:
Ganoderma lucidum was used as test material,the method of data analysis by measuring physical index,polysaccharide and triterpenoid content of fruiting body was used,the effects of optimum temperature and CO_2 concentration on the growth of Ganoderma lucidum were studied,in order to determine the optimal temperature and CO_2.The results showed thant the optimal cultivation temperature was obtained at 26 ℃.The fruiting body triterpenoids and polysaccharide content would rise after falling with the increase of CO_2.Promoting the growth of CO_2 lowest density was about 0.058%.
