摘  要:
基因组编辑技术是研究基因功能的重要方法,特异性人工酶ZFN(Zinc-finger nucleases)、TALEN(Transcription activator like effector nucleases)和CRISPR/Cas系统则使基因编辑变得更容易。本文通过介绍CRISPR/Cas(clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats/CRISPR-associated system)系统的基本结构及作用原理,剖析潜在的问题,综述其在水产生物基因组编辑中的应用研究进展,以期为这一领域的研究提供参考。

摘  要:
In modern biological research, genome editing technology is one of the key factors to realize gene function. Sequence-specific nucleases like ZFNs(Zinc-finger nucleases), TALENs(Transcription activator like effector nucleases)and the CRISPR/Cas9 system(clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats/CRISPR-associated 9 system)have greatly expanded the genome editing possibilities in model organisms. The basic structure and principle of the CRISPR/Cas9 system are described, and potential challenges of the CRISPR/Cas system are discussed based on related literature. The application of the CRISPR/Cas system in aquatic organism genome editing is expected to provide a reference with the researchers in this field.
