摘  要:
CRISPR/Cas系统是一种存在于细菌和古细菌的免疫系统,该系统包括能靶向入侵宿主的病毒或外源DNA核酸片段的RNA和切割该片段的Cas9核酸酶。与其他基因编辑技术相比,该系统更易操作,效率更高,成本更低,被广泛应用于各种基因工程领域。作者综述了CRISPR/Cas系统的作用机制及其在寄生虫方面的应用。

摘  要:
CRISPR/Cas system is an immune system present in bacteria and archaea that includes the RNA which has the ability to target viruses invading the host or exogenous DNA fragment of the nucleic acid and the Cas9 nuclease cutting the fragment.In view that the system is easier to operate,more efficient,lower cost,has been widely used in various fields of genetic engineering.Here,we demonstrated the mechanism of CRISPR/Cas systems and summarized the application in respect of the parasite.
