加工番茄溃疡病药剂防治的室内毒力测定及田间药效研究

摘  要:
【目的】筛选出防治加工番茄溃疡病高效、低毒的药剂,为防治加工番茄细菌性溃疡病提供科学依据。【方法】通过室内毒力测定和田间药效测定方法,测定9种杀菌剂防治加工番茄细菌性溃疡病的效果。【结果】供试9种杀菌剂中,46%氢氧化铜的抑菌效果最好,EC50最小,为15.1μg/m L。氯溴异氰尿酸的抑菌效果最差,EC50最大,为682.3μg/m L。田间试验结果表明,2 500μg/m L 46%的氢氧化铜(可杀得三千),氢氧化铜(53.8%)对番茄溃疡病防治效果较好,达到50%~80%;400μg/m L氯碘霉素,200μg/m L N-N-二辛基二乙烯三肟,300μg/m L农用硫链霉素,效果次之,防效为50%左右,春雷霉素易对番茄产生药害。【结论】施用46%的氢氧化铜(可杀得三千)、53.8%氢氧化铜,对番茄溃疡病防治效果好,且对番茄安全,禁止施用春雷霉素。

摘  要:
【Objective】The experiment was designed to screen better prevention and treatment to Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. Michiganensis.【Method】The toxicity determination in lab and field efficacy test of six fungicides against C. michiganensis were conducted using by paper plates.【Result】Laboratory test results showed that 46% cupric hydroxide EC got minimum value of EC50( 15. 1μg /m L),while Chloroisobromine cyanuric acid EC got maximum value of EC50( 682. 3 μg /m L). Field test results indicated the best control effect of fungicides was 46% cupric hydroxide( cocide thousand) and 53. 8% cupric hydroxide was the best,which was 50%-80%. The control effect of chlorine Iodine neomycin,N-N-dioctyl ethylene three oxime,agricultural sulfur streptomycin was followed with the control efficiency about 50%. Kasugamycin may easily cause injury to Tomato.【Conclusion】Alternate use 46% or 53. 8% cupric hydroxide was suggested for the control of C. michiganensis in processing tomato field,which had good control effect on Tomato ulcer disease and was safe to tomato,and kasugamycin was not recommended.
