天然气掺氢双燃料发动机的燃气供给系统设计

摘  要:
随着汽车工业的迅速发展,石油资源匮乏和环境污染问题越来越严重,使用清洁燃料是解决该问题的有效途径,而天然气掺氢是最具可行性的方式之一。为此,针对所选取的S195柴油机,选取天然气与空气的混合方式为进气管预混合方式,氢气利用氢气喷嘴按一定比例喷入进气歧管,进而设计出了天然气掺氢双燃料发动机的燃气供给系统。同时,根据所选S195柴油机确定的一些基本参数,对燃气供给系统的各个零部件进行了详细的设计、计算与选型。

摘  要:
With the rapid development of automotive industry,oil resource shortage and environment pollution become more and more serious.It is an effective measure that diesel fuel is replaced by alternative fuels.Hydrogen-natural gas mixture is one kind of alternative fuel which has very large potential.In this thesis,according to the selected S195 diesel engine,the intake pipe pre-mixing is chosen to blend the natural gas and air.Hydrogen gas is injected into intake manifold.Gas supply system of HCNG dual fuel engine is designed.According to some basic parameters,which are determined by S195 diesel engine,each part of gas supply system is clearly designed,counted and selected type.
