蚯蚓蛋白饲料饲养生长肥育猪的饲用价值评定研究

摘  要:
试验从养分消化率方面对蚯蚓粉在生猪体内的饲用价值进行评定,为将蚯蚓开发成生长肥育猪蛋白质饲料提供基础数据。挑选3头体重为40 kg左右生长去势杜-长-大公猪,做回-直肠吻合术,并安装十二指肠"T"型瘘管,采用单因子试验设计,结合活动尼龙袋技术对蚯蚓粉蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪酸等营养成分含量及其表观消化率和标准消化率进行测定。结果表明:蚯蚓粉的粗蛋白质含量为65.99%,总氨基酸含量为53.37%,必需氨基酸30.65%,必需脂肪酸含量为31.81%,其营养成分和氨基酸组成与鱼粉相当;在生猪体内的粗蛋白表观消化率为82.74%,标准消化率91.98%;必需氨基酸的表观消化率为85.53%,标准消化率为94.89%;饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸的平均表观消化率均为84%,明显高于鱼粉。由此可见,蚯蚓粉营养成分含量丰富,各氨基酸比例平衡,具备生长肥育猪所需的9种必需氨基酸,蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪酸等养分消化率较高,从养分含量及消化率的角度看,其饲用价值较鱼粉高,可作为生猪优质动物性蛋白饲料。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to gain the basic data with evaluating the ileal digestibilityof earthworm powder through determining the feed proximate analysis, amino acid and fatty acid ilealdigestibility of earthworm powder in the growing pig. Three T- cannulated with duodenal, ileo rectalanastomosised pigs, and the mobile nylon bag technique were determined earthworm powder in grow-ing pigs of crude protein, amino acid and fatty acid apparent digestibility and standard digestibility.The results show that: the apparent digestibility of crude protein was 82.74%, the standard digestibilitywas 91.98%; the amino acid apparent digestibility was 85.53%, the standard digestibility was 94.89%;the apparent digestibility of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids were all 84%, it is better than fishmeal. Therefore, the nutrition content was abundant in the earthworm powder, and the ratio was bal-ance of the amino acid. It can suffice for the needs of growing pig, and assure the production withgood protein feed of growing pig.
