甜菜碱对生长肥育猪能量代谢的影响

摘  要:
甜菜碱的生物学功能之一是提供活性甲基,因此可以部分替代饲料中的蛋氨酸和胆碱。甜菜碱还具有维持渗透压平衡的作用,其作为一种有机渗透压调节剂,能够调节水平衡,维持组织代谢稳定,特别是在消化道内发挥重要作用。作为甲基供体,甜菜碱也间接地参与脂肪代谢。研究表明,在低能值日粮中添加甜菜碱可以改善猪的生产性能。文章综述了甜菜碱的生理学功能及其对猪能量代谢的影响。

摘  要:
One of the biological function of betaine is to provide a active methyl, therefore it can partly replacemethionine and choline of the feed. Betaine also has a role to maintain balance of osmotic pressure, as an osmo-regula-tor, which can adjust the water balance to maintain the tissue metabolic stability, in particular play an important role inthe digestive tract. As a methyl donor, betaine is also indirectly involved in lipid metabolism. Studies have shown thatthe addition of betaine in the diet can significantly improve pig performance. This artcle reviewed the biological func-tion and effect on energy metabolism of betaine in growing-finishing pig.
