加米霉素注射液对奶牛安全性的试验研究

摘  要：
为评价加米霉素注射液对奶牛的安全性,本试验选择24头健康荷斯坦牛,并随机分成4组,每组6头.试验组分别以1倍、3倍、5倍推荐剂量的加米霉素注射液给药(分别为每千克体重6mg、18mg、30mg),空白对照组注射无菌注射用水.分别于试验的第0日、第7日和第15日上午8点给药一次,连续给药3次.试验期间观察奶牛的临床表现和血液生理、生化指标的变化,试验结束后进行病理学检查.结果显示,试验组均未观察到明显的临床不良反应,血液生理、生化指标给药前后均在正常指标范围之内.试验结果表明加米霉素注射液在奶牛临床上按推荐剂量(每千克体重6mg)使用是安全的.

摘  要：
In order to evaluate the safety of Gamithromycin in dairy cows, the experiment selected 24 healthy Holstein cows, and randomly divided into 4 groups, 6 cows in each group.Each group was given a recommended dose of Gamithromycin injection at 1(6 mg/kg body weight), 3(18 mg/kg body weight) and 5(30 mg/kg body weight) and a blank control group(injecting sterile water for injection). The experimental was injected subcutaneously in the neck, respectively, on the 0 th, 7 th and 15 th day at 8 am, administered 3 times in a row. The clinical manifestations of cows were observed during the experiment, and when the experiment was end,general pathology examination,blood biochemical indexes examination and physiological parameters examination were undertaken. The results showed that no significant clinical adverse reactions were observed in the experimental group. The blood biochemical indexes and physiological parameters indexes were within the normal biochemical indexes of dairy cows before and after administration. The test results show that the injection of Gamithromycin in the clinical cows at the recommended dose(6 mg/kg body weight) is safe to use.
