摘  要:
[目的]建立一种简便、高效筛选高效氟氯氰菊酯纳米乳液最佳配方的方法。[方法]采用单因素及三角坐标图法,以乳液粒径、多分散系数、热贮稳定性和表面张力为评价指标,对2.5%高效氟氯氰菊酯的纳米乳液配方进行优化。[结果]通过单因素法筛选出亲水亲油平衡值为11.0的复合配方表面活性剂(Span80∶Tween80)。通过三角坐标图法筛选出2.5%高效氟氯氰菊酯的最佳纳米乳液配方(表面活性剂6.6%,液体白蜡10%,水83.4%)。[结论]采用三角坐标图法能快速筛选出农药纳米乳液的最佳配方,该方法简便、高效,具有良好的实用性与经济性。

摘  要:
[Aims] The aims were to establish a simple method to efficiently screen the optimal formula of beta-cyfluthrin nano-emulsion. [Methods] The nano-emulsion formula of 2.5% beta-cyfluthrin was optimized by single factor method and triangular diagram method with particle size of emulsion, polydispersity index(PDI), heat stability and surface tension as evaluation indexes. [Results] The compound formula of surfactant(Span80 ∶Tween80)with hydrophile-lipophile balance(HLB) value of 11.0 was screened by single factor method. The optimal formula of beta-cyfluthrin 2.5% emulsion(surfactant 6.6%, liquid wax 10%, water 83.4%) was screened by triangular diagram method. [Conclusions] Application of triangular diagram method can rapidly screen the optimal formula of pesticide nano-emulsion. This method is simple, efficient, practical and economical.
