土壤中高效氟氯氰菊酯对映体选择性降解的研究

摘  要:
高效氟氯氰菊酯是一种常用的拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂,含有氟氯氰菊酯的一个顺式和一个反式异构体,每个顺反异构体又含有一对对映体,因此共4个对映体。为了更深入地了解和阐释高效氟氯氰菊酯及相关拟除虫菊酯化合物在环境中的转化与归趋,并对其环境风险进行更有效的评价,采用室内避光培养方法,研究了土壤中高效氟氯氰菊酯对映体选择降解情况。结果表明,在华北碱性黄土中,高效氟氯氰菊酯的降解存在一定的异构体转化现象,并且反式体的降解快于顺式体。进一步的手性测定表明降解存在明显的对映体选择性,4个对映体的降解半衰期分别为17.16、28.41、8.74和12.67d,顺式体和反式体的的对映体浓度比值(ER值)分别从实验开始的0.99和1.03减小为实验结束的0.64和0.48,反式体对映体的选择性要高于顺式体。

摘  要:
β-Cyfluthrin(β-CF) is an important pyrethroid insecticide and has two enantiomeric pairs,i.e.four enantiomers of cyfluthrin(CF).Enantioselective degradation of β-CF in alkaline soil from north China was studied in details.The isomer-specific analysis was achieved by a combination of achiral and chiral HPLC.The results showed the trans-enantiomeric pair of β-CF was degraded faster than the cis-enantiomeric pair.Moreover,certain isomerization took place during the degradation process.As for enantioselective analysis,the four enantiomers were degraded with half-lives of 17.16,28.41,8.74 and 12.67 days,respectively,indicating an obvious enantioselectivity.The enantiomeric ratio(ER) values of cis-and trans-enantiomeric pairs changed from initial about 1.0 to final 0.64 and 0.48,respectively,which suggested the enantioselectivity of the trans-enantiomeric pair was greater than that of cis-enantiomeric pair.These results were useful to understand the chiral profile of β-CF and evaluate its environmental risk.
