摘  要:
With an unprecedented development of China's dairy industry,dairy quality and safety problems have been concerned,combining with frequent inferior milk powder,blending yogurt,poison milk powder and malignant accidents occurred frequently in recent years which harm people's consumption benefits,therefore,it is urgent to solve the reality of dairy market safety in China.This paper introduces the existing safety and quality situation of raw milk,dairy and dairy products and the management problems of dairy products circulation,and some views and strategies are used to solve dairy products and safety are discussed.
