锦绣杜鹃叶片挥发物GC-MS分析

摘  要:
采用动态顶空吸附采集法提取锦绣杜鹃叶片挥发物,联合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪分析挥发物成分。结果显示:共检测出15个组分共六大类化合物。经过NIST2008谱库检索确定物质名称,并用峰面积归一化法确定出各组分的相对含量,主要成分为:4-乙基苯甲醛(18.56%)、对乙基苯乙酮(7.78%)、间苯二甲醛(6.25%)、3,4-二甲基苯乙酮(3.40%)、1-Propanone,1-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)(2.61%)。

摘  要:
To collect volatiles from Rhododendron pulchrum Sweet leaves with dynamic headspace collection.Then use GC-MS to analysis the compounds,the results show that there are 15 compounds. And use NIST2008 to decide the Chinese names. To know the relative amount of the compounds with peak area normalization. The main compounds are:benzaldehyde,4-ethyl-(18.56%),ethanone,1-(4-ethylphenyl)-(6.25%),isophthalaldehyde(7.78%),ethanone,1-(3,4-dimethylphenyl)-(3.40%),1-propanone,1-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)(2.61%).
