鼠曲草花中黄酮的提取及抗氧化活性研究

摘  要：
鼠曲草是一年生草本植物,在我国均有分布,民间清明前后采食。本文检测了鼠曲草茎叶及花中总黄酮含量,对比了提取方法。总黄酮用醋酸铅沉淀、柱层析纯化。结果表明,鼠曲草茎叶及花中的黄酮含量分别为7.37、38.14 mg/g;最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度40%、料液比1∶40,温度70℃,时间2 h;黄酮(A)的含量最多,还原能力和清除DPPH自由基能力高于芦丁,有明显的抗猪油氧化能力,但抗氧化持续性不及BHT。黄酮(B)的抗氧化活性与芦丁相当。

摘  要：
Gnaphalium affine D.Don is an annual herb,which distributes widely in China and is often fed in Tomb-Sweeping Day.This paper tested the content of total flavonoids in stem,leaves and flowers of Gnaphalium affine D.Don,and compared the extraction methods.Total flavonoids were precipitated with lead acetate and purified by column chromatography.The results showed that the content of flavonoids in the stem and leaves,flowers of Gnaphalium affine D.Don were 7.37 mg/g and 38.14 mg/g,respectively.The optimum extraction conditions were as following,ethanol concentration was 40%,solid-liquid ratio was 1 ∶40,temperature was 70 ℃,time was 2 h.The content of flavonoids(A)was highest,reducing ability and DPPH free radical scavenging ability were higher than that of rutin,which had obvious anti-lard oxidation ability,but the persistence of antioxidation was not as good as BHT. Flavonoids(B)had similar antioxidant activity to rutin.
