褐藻糖胶对黄颡鱼幼鱼生长性能和消化酶活性的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究褐藻糖胶对黄颡鱼幼鱼生长性能和消化酶活性的影响。选取大小、体重均一的黄颡鱼幼鱼420尾,随机分为7组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾。对照组饲喂不添加褐藻糖胶的基础饲料,试验组分别饲喂添加从铜藻中自提的褐藻糖胶和从市场上购买的商品褐藻糖胶的基础饲料,饲料中褐藻糖胶的有效浓度分别为0.05%、0.10%、0.20%。试验期为12周。结果表明:饲料中添加有效浓度为0.10%的自提褐藻糖胶可显著提高黄颡鱼幼鱼的终末体重、增重率和特定生长率(P<0.05),而饲料中添加有效浓度为0.05%~0.10%的商品褐藻糖胶对上述指标无显著影响(P<0.05)。饲料中添加2种褐藻糖胶对黄颡鱼幼鱼的饲料系数和蛋白质效率均无显著影响(P>0.05),对胃中淀粉酶和胃蛋白酶及肠道中淀粉酶活性亦无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲料中添加2种褐藻糖胶后黄颡鱼幼鱼胃和肠道中脂肪酶活性均有不同程度的升高,其中添加有效浓度为0.10%的自提褐藻糖胶和有效浓度为0.05%~0.20%的商品褐藻糖胶时胃中脂肪酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),添加有效浓度为0.05%~0.20%的自提褐藻糖胶和有效浓度为0.20%的商品褐藻糖胶时肠道中脂肪酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。由此得出,饲料中添加有效浓度为0.10%的自提褐藻糖胶能显著促进黄颡鱼幼鱼的生长;在一定有效浓度范围内,无论是商品褐藻糖胶还是自提褐藻糖胶,都能提高黄颡鱼幼鱼胃和肠道中脂肪酶活性。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of fucoidan on growth performance and digestive enzyme activities of juvenile yellow catfish( Pelteoobagrus fulvidraco). A total of 420 individuals of juvenile yellow catfish w ith similar size and body w eight w ere randomly allocated to 7 groups w ith 3 replicates per group and 20 fish per replicate. The fish in control group w ere fed a basal diet w ithout fucoidan,and those in experimental groups w ere fed the basal diet supplemented w ith fucoidan extracted from Sargassum horneri and commercial fucoidan purchased from the market,and the effective concentrations added in diets w ere0.05%,0.10% and 0.20%,respectively. The experiment w as carried on for 12 w eeks. The results show ed as follow s: adding the extractive fucoidan at the effective concentration of 0.10% could significantly increase the final body w eight( FBW),w eight gain ratio( WGR) and specific grow th rate( SGR) of yellow catfish( P<0.05),w hile those indices w ere not significantly affected by adding the commercial fucoidan at the effective concentrations of 0.05% to 0.20%( P > 0.05). Adding 2 kinds of fucoidan had no significant effects on the feed conversion ratio( FCR) and protein efficiency rate( PER)( P>0.05),and had no significant effects on the activities of amylase and pepsin in stomach and amylase in intestine( P > 0.05). The activity of lipase in stomach and intestine increased more or less w hen the fish w ere fed diets w ith the tw o kinds of fucoidan. There w as a significant improvement in gastric lipase activity w hen the fish w ere fed diets w ith extractive fucoidan at the effective concentration of 0. 10% and commercial fucoidan at the effective concentrations of 0. 05% to0.20%( P< 0. 05). And,adding extractive fucoidan at the effective concentrations of 0. 05% to 0. 20% and commercial fucoidan at the effective concentration of 0.20% could significantly increase the intestinal lipase activity. The results indicate that adding the extractive fucoidan at the effective concentration of 0.10% can significantly promote the grow th of juvenile yellow catfish; both the extractive fucoidan and commercial fucoidan can improve the gastrointestinal lipase activity at a certain effective concentration.
