日粮烟酸水平对肉仔鸡生长及组织烟酰胺、辅酶I(NAD)含量的影响

摘  要:
AA肉仔鸡360只,设5个处理,各处理在饲喂相同的基础日粮条件下,分别添加烟酸0、15、30、60和120mg/kg。 试验结果表明,组织烟酰胺含量与日粮烟酸水平呈正相关,而组织辅酶1(NAD)含量则良好地反映了鸡的生产性能的高低,二者均为评价肉仔鸡烟酸营养的重要指标。在日粮色氨酸、烟酸含量分别为0.22~0.25%和25.8~28.3mg/kg条件下,肉仔鸡日粮烟酸添加量以60mg/kg为宜。

360 Arbor, Acre newly hatched broilers were assigned to 5 dietary treatments consisting 0, 15, 30, 60 and 120 of supplemented niacin mg/kg basal diet results indicated that the supplementation of niacin at 60 mg/kg diet would be adequate for broiler when basal diet contains 0. 22-0. 25% trypto-phan and 25. 8-28. 3mg/kg of niacin there was a significantly positive correlation between tissue niacin content and dietary niacin (P<0. 01) ,and NAD in the tissue reflected closely with chick grwoth performance , both niacin and NAD were good indexes for evaluation of niacin nutrition of broilers.
