摘  要:
针对超级杂交粳稻辽优5218组合的特性及在生产应用中所存在的成穗率低,易倒伏等问题,进行了二甲四氯(MCPA)应用效果研究。试验表明:喷施MCPA后,有利于提高分蘖成穗率,使有效穗数增加而提高了产量;中等浓度的MCPA对促进叶鞘和茎重量的增加具有明显作用;较高浓度的MCPA有利于增加剑叶叶绿素含量;孕穗期低浓度MCPA处理及成熟期各浓度处理都具有增强叶片SOD活性作用,不同时期不同浓度对于根系SOD活性的影响有明显差异;在成熟期中等浓度的B、C处理下叶片MDA含量明显低于CK,MCPA在孕穗期对根系MDA含量有增加作用;在成熟期,过高或过低浓度都促进Pro产生,但中等浓度下Pro产生量并不升高,高浓度下对于根系Pro含量影响作用很小。

摘  要:
MCPA was applied on the super hybrid japonica rice Liaoyou 5218 to make study from its characteristics and some its practical defects such as low productive tillers rate and easy lodging.The experimental results showed that spraying MCPA increased productive tillers rate and yield.Middle-concentrationed MCPA had apparent effect on the increment of weight of leaf sheath and stem.Higher-concentrationed MCPA improved chlorophyll content in flag leaf.Both low-concentrationed MCPA at booting stage and all-concentrationed MCPA at maturity increased SOD activity in leaf.And all-concentrationed treatments had evident differences on SOD activity in root at different stages.MDA content in leaf was lower than CK under middle-concentrationed MCPA at maturity and MCPA increased MDA content in root at booting stage.Higher-concentrationed MCPA had little effect on Pro content in root.
