鸡粪和草炭配施对黄金梨园土壤理化性状和果实品质的影响

摘  要:
以5a生黄金梨(Pyrus pyrifolia cv.Hwangkumbae)为试材,应用土壤局部改良法,研究了鸡粪和草炭配合施用对黄金梨果园土壤理化性状和果实品质的影响。结果表明,草炭和鸡粪不同配比施用后,10~40cm土层的土壤容重均低于对照,高量草炭和鸡粪组合(C2P2)的土壤容重比对照降低了33.86%。高量草炭与鸡粪(C2P2)和中量草炭与鸡粪(C1P1)配合处理显著增加土壤有机质、全氮、速效磷、有效锰、有效锌和有效硼质量分数。各处理与对照相比,果实可溶性固形物增加超过1%,不同处理间差异不显著。典型相关分析法筛选出影响果实品质因素的重要土壤营养成分因子,土壤全氮和有机质是影响黄金梨单果质量和果实硬度的主要因子,并呈线性正相关;可溶性固形物与速效钾、有效锌呈正相关;可滴定酸与有机质、有效铁呈正相关,与全氮呈负相关。综合分析获得了不同处理对果实品质综合指标影响的顺序为C0P2>C2P2>C0P1>C1P1>C2P0>C1P0>CK。研究结果为黄金梨园土壤改良和提高果实品质提出了定量化的措施。

摘  要:
The method of localizing soil amendment was utilized to study the effect of the complex fertilizer of peat and chicken manure on the soil physical and chemical properties and fruit quality for 5-year-old Hwangkumbae pear cultivar trees. The results showed that the soil bulk density in 10 to 40 cm soil layer were lower than that applied homemade manure,especially the soil bulk density in the treatment of complex fertilizer decreased by 33.86%. The contents of organic matter,total N,available P,Mn,Zn and B in soil were increased significantly in treatment C2P2 and C1P1 than those in control. The soluble solid content of fruit was increased by over 1 percent, but no significant difference among the treatments. Canonical correlation analysis of the important soil nutrient elements influencing fruit quality illustrated that the total N and organic matter in soil were the main elements influencing fruit weight and firmness,and were the positive linear correlation. There were positive correlation between soluble solid content and available K, Zn,and the titratable acidity was in positive linear correlation with organic matter and available Fe,but negative correlation with total N content. The comprehensive analysis indicated that the order influencing the fruit quality was as follows: C0P2> C2P2> C0P1>C1P1>C2P0>C1P0>CK.
