L-苹果酸提取黑豆皮中花色苷的正交优化

摘  要:
【目的】通过正交试验法优化L-苹果酸提取黑豆皮中花色苷的工艺.【方法】以黑豆皮为原料,花色苷含量为指标,在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验设计法优化L-苹果酸提取黑豆皮花色苷的工艺.【结果】L-苹果酸提取黑豆皮花色苷最佳工艺为苹果酸质量分数30%,料液比1∶30(g∶mL),提取温度30℃,提取时间60 min,花色苷含量3.538 mg/g.【结论】验证试验证明结果稳定,可为后期黑豆皮花色苷研究提供依据.

摘  要:
【Objective】 To optimize the extraction procedure of anthocyanin from black bean peel with L-malic acid by orthogonal experiment.【Method】 The extraction procedure of anthocyanin from black bean peel was optimized by orthogonal experimental design on the basis of single factor experiment.【Result】 The optimal extraction procedure was 30% malic acid,1∶30(g∶mL) solid-liquid ratio,30 ℃ extraction temperature,60 min extraction time and the anthocyanin content was 3.538 mg/g.【Conclusion】 The optimized procedure was stable and could provide a basis for the further research on anthocyanins extraction from black soybean peel.
