鱿鱼皮胶原蛋白提取前处理的条件优化

摘  要:
试验测定了鱿鱼皮的基本组成成分,探索了酶法提取鱿鱼皮胶原蛋白时前处理的最佳条件。选定了4个因素3,个水平,采用L9(34)正交试验确定了最佳条件。结果表明4,个因素NaOH浓度,NaOH作用时间、异丙醇浓度、活性炭浓度的最佳选择分别为0.15 mol/l、6 h、12%、0.8%,此时提取的胶原蛋白含量为11.08%,提取率为93.6%。

摘  要:
To explore the components of squid skin and the optimal pretreatment conditions for extract collagen from squid skin by protease.Select four factors,three levels for each one,by L9(34) orthogonal experiment,the optimal conditions were determined.Results show,that the optimal selection for the four factors sodium hydroxide concentration,sodium hydroxide effect time,isopropyl alcohol concentration,activated carbon concentration were 0.15 mol/l,6 h,12%,0.8%,respectively.By this methods the content of collagen was 11.08%,extraction yield of collagen was 93.6%.
