6-BA对月季切花保鲜效果的研究

摘  要:
初步试验了不同浓度的6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)处理液对月季切花的保鲜效果。结果表明,与蒸馏水对照和基本培养液相比,不同浓度的6-BA瓶插处理一定程度上都会显著延长切花的寿命,平均延长2—3 d;10mg/L 6-BA处理与其他各组相比,花青素含量较高,与对照相比花径下降较慢,水分平衡值达到0的时间比较晚,膜透性低于对照组,同时SOD酶、CAT酶的活性的下降程度低于对照组。6-BA可以提高月季切花品质,延缓衰老,以10 mg/L浓度的6-BA处理效果最好。

摘  要:
The preservation of China rose cut flower was preliminarily studied with basic culture solution added with different-concentration 6-benzyladenine(6-BA).The results showed that compared with distilled water(CK)and basic culture solution,different-concentration 6-BA treatments could extend the cut flower's life span averagely for 2-3 days;The 10-mg/L 6-BA treatment made the cut flower's anthocyanin content higher than other treatments;In contrast with CK,under the 10-mg/L 6-BA treatment the flower diameter decreased more slowly,the time at which the water balance value reached 0 was later,the membrane permeability was lower,and the SOD and CAT activities decreased less.So 6-BA could improve the cut flower's quality and slow the cut flower aging,and the 10-mL 6-BA treatment had the best effect.
