摘 要:
【目的】本文选育了霍寿黑猪与巴克夏猪的杂交系,为进一步的品种选育提供数据依据。【方法】通过杂交试验(巴克夏猪♂×霍寿黑猪♀)获得巴霍二元猪,采用全自动生化分析仪分别测定30、60、90、180、300日龄(d)霍寿黑猪(HS)与巴霍二元猪(BH)血清生化指标,比较分析了霍寿黑猪和巴霍二元猪血清生化指标的发育性差异。【结果】霍寿黑猪血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)含量在60、180、300 d时均极显著高于巴霍二元猪(P<0.01),总蛋白(TP)在30 d时显著高于巴霍二元猪(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)含量在180 d时、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)在300 d时显著高于巴霍二元猪(P<0.01);而巴霍二元猪碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、葡萄糖(GLU)在30、180、300 d时、甘油三酯(TG)含量在30、90、300 d均极显著高于霍寿黑猪(P<0.01),总胆固醇(TC)含量在60、180、300 d时均高于霍寿黑猪(P<0.05);霍寿黑猪血清白球比(A/G)含量在30、60、300 d时均高于巴霍二元猪(P<0.01),而在90和180 d时却低于巴霍二元猪(P<0.01);霍寿黑猪血清白蛋白(ALB)在60和300 d时、血清球蛋白(GLB)在90和180 d时均高于巴霍二元猪(P<0.01)。【结论】巴霍二元猪和霍寿黑猪不同日龄其与生产性状相关的血清指标ALT、AST、ALP,与脂肪沉积能力相关的血清指标GLU、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C,以及与免疫力相关的血清指标TP、ALB、GLB、A/G均存在差异。由此推论,在生长育肥期间巴霍二元猪和霍寿黑猪二者在生长性能、脂肪沉积以及免疫力等指标上可能会存在一定差异。

摘 要:
【Objective】This paper aimed to carry out the hybrid breeding of Huoshou black pigs and Berkshire pigs and provide a data basis for further breed selection.【Method】Ba-Huo pigs were acquired by means of orthogonal experiments(Berkshire pig♂×Huoshou black pig♀), and then the serum biochemical indexes of 30, 60, 90, 180 and 300 day-old Huoshou black pigs(HS) and Ba-Huo pigs(BH) were measured using fully automatic biochemical analyser, respectively. The developmental differences of serum biochemical indexes between Huoshou black pigs and Ba-Huo pigs were compared and analyzed. 【Result】The content of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspertate aminotransferase(AST) in the serum of Huoshou black pig was extremely significant higher than that of Ba-Huo pig at 60, 180 and 300 days(P<0.01), the total protein(TP) was significantly higher than that of Ba-Huo pig at 30 days(P<0.05), and triglyceride(TG) level was significantly higher than that of Ba-Huo pig at 180 days(P<0.01), the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were significantly higher than that of Ba-Huo pig at 300 days(P<0.01). The serum contents of alkaline phosphatase(ALP), glucose(GLU) levels of Ba-Huo pigs at 30, 180, and 300 days were extremely significant higher than that of Huoshou black pigs(P<0.01), triglyceride(TG) levels of Ba-Huo pigs at 30, 90, 300 days were extremely significant higher than that of Huoshou black pigs(P<0.01), and total cholesterol(TC) contents were higher than that of Huoshou black pigs at 60, 180, 300 days(P<0.05). The albumin-globulin ratio(A/G) content of Huoshou black pig was higher than that of Ba-Huo pig at 30, 60 and 300 days(P<0.01), but lower than that of Ba-Huo pig at 90 and 180 days(P<0.01). The content of albumin(ALB), globulin(GLB) in serum of Huoshou black pigs were extremely significantly higher than that of Ba-Huo pigs at 90, 180 and 60, 300 days, respectively(P<0.01). 【Conclusion】The results indicated that serum ALT, AST and ALP indexes related to production traits, serum GLU, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C indexes related to fat deposition ability, and serum TP, ALB, GLB and A/G indexes related to the immune ability of Ba-Huo pigs and Huoshou black pigs were significantly different at different days. It was suggested that there might be some differences in growth performance, fat deposition and immunity indexes between Ba-Huo pigs and Huoshou black pigs during the growth and fattening period.
