利用大豆生产细菌纤维素的研究

摘  要:
[目的]探讨利用大豆酶解液生产细菌纤维素的方法。[方法]利用大豆为原料,以大豆酶水解后的酶解液为基本培养基,添加味精厂生产的糖化液、无机盐等生产细菌纤维素,通过试验研究接种量、大豆酶解液的添加量、糖化液的添加量、温度、pH值、培养基的厚度、发酵周期等对生产细菌纤维素的影响。[结果]大豆酶水解液生产细菌纤维素的最适工艺条件为:大豆酶解液7%~10%,糖化液15%~25%,接种量3%~4%,温度28~32℃,发酵起始pH值3.5~4.0,培养基深度0.8~1.6 cm,发酵周期6~7 d。[结论]利用大豆酶解液和味精厂生产的糖化液生产细菌纤维素,成本低,具有很好的社会效益和经济效益。

摘  要:
[Objective] The productive method of bacterial cellulose with soybean enzyme hydrolyzate solution was studied.[Method] The soybean being taken as the raw materials,the soybean enzyme solution after enzymatic hydrolysis was taken as the basic medium added with the saccharification liquid and inorganic salts from MSG plants for the production of bacterial cellulose.The effect of inoculation,soybean enzyme solution,the amount of saccharification liquid,temperature,pH value,medium depth,fermentation period and others on bacterial cellulose production was experimented.[Results] The optimum conditions for the bacterial cellulose production with soybean enzyme hydrolyzate was as follows: soybean enzyme solution,7%-10%;saccharification liquid;15%-25%;inoculation,3%-4%;temperature,28-32 ℃;fermentation start pH value,3.5-4.0;medium depth,0.8-1.6 cm and fermentation cycle,6-7 days.[Conclusion] The bacterial cellulose production with soybean enzyme solution and saccharification liquid from the MSG plants was with low cost,good social and economic benefits.
