石仙桃总黄酮提取物对小鼠抗缺氧作用的研究

摘  要:
将小鼠分成试验组和对照组,试验组小鼠通过腹腔注射分别给予不同剂量(20、40 mg/kg)的石仙桃总黄酮提取物,对照组腹腔注射生理盐水(0.1 m L/10g),各组小鼠分别进行常压密闭缺氧试验、亚硝酸钠引起的缺氧试验和负重游泳试验。结果表明,与对照组相比,不同剂量的石仙桃总黄酮提取物均显著延长了试验小鼠的常压密闭缺氧存活时间、亚硝酸钠引起的缺氧存活时间和负重游泳存活时间(P<0.05)。说明石仙桃总黄酮提取物对小鼠有明显的抗疲劳、抗缺氧作用。

摘  要:
To study the fatigue-resisting and anoxia-resisting effect of the total flavones extracts from Pho Iidota chinensis Iindl.,the mice were randomly individed to test group and control group,each group was injected total flavones extracts with different dots and normal saline and finally taken normobaric hypoxia test,Na NO2-induced hypoxia test and loading swimming test.The results showed that the survival time of the mice in test groups during all tests were all significantly prolonged(P<0.05).It indicated that the total flavones from Pho Iidota chinensis Iindl.had obvious anti-fatigue and and anti-hypoxia effects on mice.
