壳聚糖对奶牛人工瘤胃发酵特性的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在利用体外法研究不同壳聚糖水平对人工瘤胃发酵特性的影响。试验采集健康荷斯坦奶牛的瘤胃液,配制人工瘤胃体外培养液,以粗精比为60:40的配合饲料为发酵底物。试验随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复。试验各组壳聚糖的添加水平分别为0%(对照组)、0.3%、0.6%、1.2%和2.4%,体外厌氧培养24 h。结果表明:随壳聚糖添加量的升高,人工瘤胃2、6、12、18 h和24 h的产气量均呈显著地二次曲线升高效应(P<0.05);人工瘤胃发酵液的pH值呈极显著一次线性或二次曲线剂量依赖关系(P<0.01);氨氮(NH3-N)浓度和干物质降解率呈显著地一次线性或二次曲线升高效应(P<0.05),发酵液各时间点的产气量、NH3-N浓度及干物质降解率在添加0.6%壳聚糖时表现为最高;另外,菌体蛋白(BCP)含量未出现明显变化。试验结果提示,壳聚糖可在一定程度上影响奶牛的瘤胃发酵特性,并呈现一定的剂量效应。

摘  要:
The present experiment was conducted to determine the effects of chitosan(0%, 0.3%, 0.6%, 1.2% and 2.4%,respectively, on in vitro ruminal fermentation of dairy cows. Rumen fluid which was obtained from healthy Holstein cows was mixed with fermentation substrate with forage-to-concentrate ratio of 60 ∶40.The fermentation liquid was cultured under suitable conditions in vitro for 24 h. The results indicated that the gas production in 2, 6, 12, 18 h and24 h, respectively, increased quadratically(P<0.05)as the addition of chitosan increased. In general, there was linear or quadratical increase in pH(P<0.01), dry matter digestibility(P<0.05)and ammonia N concentration(P<0.05)as the addition of chitosan increased in this trial, and 0.6% chitosan had the best effect on dry matter digestibility and ammonia N concentration. But there was no significant change in BCP content among treatments.
