基于全基因组的番茄YUCCA基因家族生物信息学分析

摘  要:
YUCCA基因是植物在合成生长素过程中限速酶的编码基因,植物在生长发育过程中离不开生长素,也同样也离不开YUCCA基因。为深入研究番茄中的YUCCA基因,本研究利用生物信息学方法,在番茄全基因组范围内共鉴定出了17个YUCCA基因,并对17个YUCCA基因的基本信息、转录本结构、保守基序、顺式元件、染色体定位、系统发育以及表达模式进行了分析。结果表明,17个YUCCA基因分布在7条染色体上,并且可以分为三大类A、B、C。YUCCA基因的内含子在0~7之间分布。系统发育分析表明,同一条染色体上的YUCCA基因有明显的进化关系。通过以上分析,对后续深入研究番茄YUCCA基因家族提供了参考。

摘  要:
The YUCCA gene is the encoding gene of the rate-limiting enzyme in the process of synthesizing auxin. Plant cannot grow without auxin in the process of development, and also without the YUCCA gene. In order to further study the YUCCA gene in tomato, a total of 17 YUCCA genes were identified in the whole genome of tomato using bioinformatics methods, and the basic information, transcript structure, conserved motif, and cis of 17 YUCCA genes were identified. cis element, chromosome location, phylogeny and expression pattern. The results showed that 17 YUCCA genes were distributed on 7 chromosomes and could be divided into three major categories A, B, and C. The introns of the YUCCA gene are distributed between 0 and 7. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the YUCCA gene on the same chromosome had a distinct evolutionary relationship. Through the above analysis, it provides a reference for further study of the tomato YUCCA gene family.
