光电检测与视觉设计在农机化数字设计中的应用

摘  要:
在农机及其零部件的设计过程中,为了提高复杂零部件的设计效率和视觉传达效果,将光电检测和视觉设计技术引入到了农机的设计过程中,实现了农机部件建模和外观造型的数字化设计。为了验证方案的可行性,以农机发动机盖板的设计为例,采用数控三维坐标测量机采集了盖板的点云数据,并导入到了UG软件中,建立了三维模型,最后通过视觉设计方法,对三维造型进行了优化,得到了具有动感和安全稳重性能的盖板造型,为农机三维造型的设计提供了新的数字化设计方法。

摘  要:
In the design process of agricultural machinery and its components, in order to improve the design efficiency and visual communication effect of complex components, it introduced photoelectric detection and visual design technology into the design process of agricultural machinery, and realized the digital design of agricultural machinery component modeling and appearance modeling. In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme, the point cloud data of the cover plate was collected by using the NC three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine and imported into UG software. Finally, the three-dimensional model was optimized by visual design method, and it obtained the cover plate model with dynamic and safe and stable performance, which was used for the three-dimensional modeling of agricultural machinery. The design and research provides a new digital design method.
